Shove’s founding partners, Karl Duvall and Donal O’Sullivan met over 12 years ago at a visualisation company in Chester, we then moved to Liverpool, where we worked as senior designers at a leading UK visualisation Studio.  Over the years we talked about setting up our own studio, but wanted to wait for the right time and to ensure that we had the skills and experience. We started Shove Media in 2006 and decided Liverpool was definitely the place for Shove.

Our company ethos has always been to offer a flexible, personal approach, and to create a relaxed and creative environment for ourselves and our employees. We feel that this attitude and environment enables us to deliver the best service to our clients.

We have both worked at a variety of different companies and design practices, and we have taken all the things that were good from each one, and created Shove.

At Shove you are guaranteed that you work and communicate with a dedicated Artist from start to finish, you are not passed onto account handlers or managers. On all projects a Director will work with the client ensuring that our high standards are always achieved.

We believe in Research and Development, each week we dedicate a set period of time to learn new skills, and discuss the latest techniques. Whether its a new software package or a visit to a new building to photograph it, we believe this approach to personal development is the only way to keep on top of your game.
